Our most recent consultancy role was to provide full Project Management for three seperate projects working with one of the biggest global petro-chemical support and maintenance companies performing two greenfield site installations and the full planning phase of a 5000 user IT upgrade and migration.

With one greenfield site on the other side of Russia, the second in Algeria and the migration in Chad in Africa we excelled in working closely with both the clients staff (in-house and in-country) and also their third party suppliers.

Our adaptablilty was clearly appreciated by the client as both greenfield installations were completed on-time and under budget in spite of the huge distances involved and the issues relating to working across many time zones and the solution neatly slotting into their global network and infrastructure.
